ABOUT LISA ESSLEMONT

With over 20 years experience in business administration, Lisa offers high quality, efficient, executive level service.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, she will build a good relationship with you and will passionately assist you to find a good work-life balance within the busyness of your everyday life. With good listening and awareness of others needs, Lisa adapts well to different environments and will ensure that all details are taken care of to ensure your needs are met. Many aspects of day to day business administration come second nature to Lisa and she enjoys seeing a plan come alive and being followed through to the very end of the job. Lisa is recognised for her experience, her honesty and her ability to "get the job done" .

Lisa’s skills and experience equip her to manage a range of projects at professional level, building on her history and experience of the service industry. With experience in oil related companies, hotel conferencing, banqueting sales and marketing, and most recently as a key business manager within an international coaching and development company, Lisa has worked with clients at individual and team levels. She prides herself on being the focal point of contact for clients requests and co-ordinating these accordingly.

On a personal note, and in support of her own work-life balance, Lisa enjoys growing soVirtual, meeting and working with people from all walks of life, whilst spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys outdoor pursuits, gardening, travel and music. She and her family have a keen interest in food and nutrition and love to cook and experience different cuisines.

Lisa is committed to her own personal development and continued growth. Examples of programes she has recently attended for this purpose include Destination Coach (www.destinationcoach.com) where she gained a deep understanding of her core values and how to really live, honour and practice these values; and the Red Horse Speaks programme (www.theredhorsespeaks.com) which focuses on the "unspoken" aspects of listening and communication and working with others.
