We start life as a single cell and it is amazing what nature can create. It is at this level that life requires nurturing. The body is a powerful self regenerating organism; however, as with all things that grow, it requires healthy lifestyle habits to maintain good physical and mental health. The triangle of Mind, Body and Spirit are inseparable factors of our existence; each providing us in different ways ~ emotionally and physically.

The Wellness Within programme has been created to support you, personally and professionally, in promoting a healthy triangle of Mind, Body and Spirit. It is a fresh, easy approach on how to find your own Wellness “comfort” zone. Through thought provoking self assessment questions and fun, realistic tools, you explore the influences in your life and the nurturing impact and create a unique Wellness action plan; setting your own goals and identifying the areas that need attention.

Wellness Circle This programme incorporates areas such as wholeness, energy, nutrition, sixth sense… and more. By embracing wellness in relation to your values and beliefs, you explore new ways of thinking about your wellness, therefore, re-focusing your energy and time to achieve results and optimise your overall health and happiness.

This programme is available on an individual or group basis.

The above meaning of Nutrition is as simple as it gets. Our aim is to continue with this simplicity; finding the best nutritional influences for you that will optimise your health and wellness.

Unless we provide our bodies with the right conditions, mentally, physically and spiritually, it will not function at its optimum level. Nutrition plays a major role in this and by following a healthy balanced diet will ensure a strong foundation for health and wellness. This can be a challenge for most when faced with the lack of basic food and nutrition knowledge and understanding how to benefit from the right nutrients and how they impact on our health.

The major factors affecting our health today are ~

  • Stress
  • Digestion
  • Absorption
  • Circulation
  • Elimination

An imbalance in one can have an effect on how the other factors function. Our aim is to re-balance your nutrients to ensure your health stands the best chance possible to ward off illness and disease. There are many layers to these factors and by assessing your current dietary patterns and lifestyle, we will work together and find the best plan for you that firstly focuses on health improvement, but is also realistic and manageable for you to apply in your everyday life given the resources available to you.

Nutrition Coaching is available exclusively or as part of the Wellness Within programme.
